Roadmap

Already running in client accounts.

Each one is live in client accounts today. Each one has a date on it.

An agency roadmap is usually a wish list with a design budget. This is the list of things we’ve already changed in how we work, and the evidence that made us change.

01 NOW

GEO — answer-engine visibility

SEO · CONTENT · SCHEMA

Structured, source-worthy pages so you are cited inside AI Overviews and AI Mode, not buried under them. The mechanism worth understanding: Google’s systems fan a question out into several related queries and answer from whatever they retrieve. So a page that covers only the headline question is retrievable once; a page that also carries the cost, the timeline and the failure modes is retrievable across the whole fan. That’s why our content briefs got longer and our page count got smaller.

02 NOW

Server-side tracking as standard

GTM SS · CONSENT MODE

Consent-safe measurement that survives browser restrictions, so attribution stays honest. This moved from “recommended” to “included” because we stopped being able to defend client-side numbers with a straight face.

03 NEXT

Agent workflows for lead handling

N8N · CUSTOM GPTS

Routing and qualification handled by software so a salesperson opens a lead that is already enriched and already theirs. We’ll publish the median response time, before and after, once we have four quarters of it.

WHAT WE’RE NOT DOING

And three we’re not making.

Google published its own guidance in May 2026. We read it.

We don’t sell llms.txt files, content chunking, or “AI-optimised rewrites” for Google visibility — Google’s documentation says its own Search ignores llms.txt entirely, doesn’t need your content pre-chopped, and understands synonyms without help. We’ll add an llms.txt if you want one for the non-Google engines; we won’t invoice it as strategy.
