FAQ

The questions clients ask first.

Answers first. Context after, if you want it.

01

What exactly do you take off my plate?

Online customer acquisition — search, paid, brand and the automation behind the follow-up. You keep the business; we keep the pipeline full.

02

How small is too small a budget?

There is no floor. A small budget is handled as carefully as a large one — fewer channels, run properly, instead of all of them run thinly. Below a certain media spend we’ll recommend a single channel and tell you to put the rest into the offer itself.

03

How long until we see something?

Paid moves within weeks. SEO and GEO compound over two to three quarters — the Swiss benchmark is 3–6 months to the first measurable signal and 6–12 to a meaningful visibility change. The checkpoint dates go in the first meeting, so you know when to judge us.

04

Do we have to sign for a year?

No. We work on rolling engagements — we would rather earn the next quarter than lock in the last one.

05

Do you do GEO?

Yes, and we’ll tell you what that honestly means. Google’s own May 2026 guidance says optimising for AI search is still SEO, and names llms.txt, content chunking and AI-specific rewrites as things you can ignore for Google. What genuinely changed: bottom-funnel pages predict AI citations better than blog volume, ranking and citation are no longer the same channel, and measurement moved into Search Console’s Generative AI performance report. That’s what we do differently. The rest is vocabulary.

06

Will AI search kill my traffic?

It’s redistributing it, not deleting it. Zero-click sits at 68% of US Google searches (SparkToro/Datos, 2026) and rises to 83% where an AI Overview appears (Bain/Dynata), while the traffic that still arrives has been measured converting several times better. The honest caveats: these are US and global datasets — no equivalent Swiss study exists yet — and the estimates disagree with each other. We’ll show you the range rather than the flattering end of it.

07

Who owns the accounts and the data?

You do. Google Ads, Analytics, GTM, the CRM, the dashboards — all in your name, all handed over promptly if we part ways. No tooling you can only license through us.

08

Do you work in French or Italian?

German and English. Saying so plainly is stronger than a vague yes.

09

What does a typical engagement cost?

Retainer, plus media managed separately, plus project work priced on scope. The first conversation puts you in a band before you commit to anything.

10

What would make you turn down the work?

If the offer is the problem and no channel will fix it, if the tracking can’t be repaired and nobody wants to fund repairing it, or if the number you need in a quarter is only reachable through paid and the budget isn’t there. We’d rather say it in the first meeting than in the third report.
